The V6 is assembled using lightweight, highly durable aluminum and magnesium parts. It features a hand-built twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6 engine that can produce either 565 or 600 horsepower, depending on the model you choose. Its all-wheel-drive system utilizes an advanced algorithm that offers tenacious handling and pin-perfect acceleration. When paired to the GT-R's 6-speed dual-clutch transmission, you are provided with an experience that is hard to duplicate. The dual-clutch system shifts in the blink of an eye due to its unique engineering design. Each clutch plate is utilized for three gears; plate one works with 1st, 3rd, and 5th, while the second plate works with gears 2, 4, and 6. This results in lightning-quick shifts as the adjacent clutch is already holding the next gear.
