After Hours Access
At Maple Nissan, taking care of your vehicle is a top priority. To ensure your vehicle is always secure, we are taking additional precautions after business hours.
What does this mean for you?
Likely, this will not impact you at all. The majority of our guests visit during our regular store hours.
Can I still leave my vehicle after hours for service?
Yes. You can still leave your vehicle with us whenever it is most convenient.
Can I still pick up my vehicle after hours?
Yes. If you need to retrieve your vehicle after hours, please let us know in advance. We can gladly arrange that for you.
How does it work?
The process is simple. The controlled access gate for our dealership is located on Auto Vaughan Drive between Mazda and Toyota.
- Pull up to the intercom, and identify your name and the purpose of your visit. You will then be able to enter the property.
- Proceed to our service parking area.
- Park your vehicle, complete our after-hours service drop envelope, put your key in, and drop it through the slot.
- That's it!
For after-hours pick-up, please arrange with your Service Advisor.
